Scriptwriting and treatment development for Google Arts & Culture

Collaborated with AKQA’s Paris studio on global projects for Google Arts & Culture, including the We Wear Culture and Grand Tour of Italy platforms. The work spans scriptwriting and treatment development for virtual reality and immersive films, expanding access to art and culture by bringing the collections of leading institutions and Italian cities to life for audiences worldwide.


We Wear Culture

Fashion is more than colour, fabric and form, it reflects identity and culture. We Wear Culture explores the stories behind iconic garments, tracing their histories across time and place. Through immersive films, audiences are transported into collections from leading institutions, with narratives informed by interviews with curators and conservation specialists, as objects are animated and brought to life. The films are intended to be experienced with a VR headset and earphones.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, New York

Conservators and a curator offer a closer look at five pieces in The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Conservation Laboratory, including two Iris van Herpen dresses, exploring their novel conservation treatments.

Museo Ferragamo, Florence

A pioneer of modern footwear, Salvatore Ferragamo’s engineering innovations helped establish the stiletto heel as part of a woman’s silhouette. The film traces his journey from rural Italy to Hollywood, where he dressed some of the most glamorous women of the era.


The Grand Tour of Italy

The Grand Tour of Italy is an immersive exhibition by Google Arts & Culture exploring Italian invention past, present and future across Venice, Palermo and Siena. A series of immersive 360° films transport audiences into artworks, architecture and traditions. Presented at the Venice Biennale, the project sold out in multiple cities and generated over 6 million online interactions.

Festa del Redentore, Venice

At the Venetian lazaretto, the history of the plague unfolds, revealing the origins of the Festa del Redentore — the city’s annual festival of light. Created in partnership with the Comitato Giovani della Commissione Nazionale Italiana per l’UNESCO.

The Palio, Siena

Inside Siena’s contrade, over 500 years of tradition converge in the Palio, the city’s historic horse race. Created in partnership with the Consorzio per la Tutela del Palio di Siena and the Comitato Giovani della Commissione Nazionale Italiana per l’UNESCO.
